Today, Tuesday, December 6, the Washington Redskins teamed up with the Macy's at Metro Center to donate 300 coats, gloves, and hats to underserved children from the D.C. Metro area.

"We're here for the kids," Redskins' wide receiver Donte Stallworth said.  "It's fun to see the kids get some coats and gloves and hats.  It's always good to see kids smiling...if you can't look at a child and see them smiling and smile, something's wrong."

Stallworth was joined at Macy's by safety Oshiomogho Atogwe, kick return Brandon Banks, and receiver Terrence Austin, among others.

"There's nothing better than (giving back to the kids)," Austin said.  "I wish I had the opportunity to get stuff like this done when I was younger.  I understand that it's pretty hard in some areas and I know that we would have loved this when we were younger, so we're just returning the favor."
