roasted red and gold beets, Pipe Dream's farm goat's cheese, shaved red onion,

toasted pepita seeds and aged sherry vinaigrette

 

Norwegian Salmon Tartar

tossed with ginger, scallion and sweet garlic served on fried won ton rounds,

drizzled with a soy and yuzu glaze and topped with micro greens

 

Baby Spinach and Pomegranate Salad

tossed with Great Hill Farms blue cheese, honey crisp apples, shaved red onion

and candied walnuts in an orange-pomegranate vinaigrette

 

Caucus Room Caesar

Romaine Hearts, anchovy dressing, shaved Parmesan-Reggiano and garlic croutons

 

Paired with Riondo Prosecco, Italy with fresh blood orange
